These routes are made for groups where if you're doing a +10 for the weekly vault; all three DPS players have 270+ ilvl and 2600+ rating, while you as a tank have maybe 250 ilvl, 0 rating and little to no previous experience of tanking.
I find Seat of the Triumvirate to be a relatively easy dungeon to time, there are some mobs that hit kinda hard and you need to use your defensives (as you'll notice on the first pull), but overall it's mostly just tank & spank.
